Éric Carlier graduated from the UCL School of Law and has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 1980.
He is recognized as a specialist in labor law and social security with a strong interest in collective right. Difficulties with unions, enforcement problems of labor regulations, strikes, corporate restructuring are areas where his experience is appreciated.
He also assists clients when they encounter difficulties with Social Security or social inspection. He practices all aspects of individual labor law: conclusions and terminations of employment contracts, management agreements or issues of discrimination or harassment.
Éric Carlier was secretary of the Bar of the Brussels Bar.
